Industrial spent alkali and alkaline effluent mainly arise from sources such as alkali production, papermaking, textile scouring and mercerizing, leather processing, and petrochemical processes.
The system enables the purification and concentration of spent alkali and alkaline effluent, facilitating spent alkali recovery and reuse.
Two modules are available: spent alkali purification and recovery, and spent alkali concentration and recovery, selectable based on specific requirements.
Spent Alkali Purification and Recovery
Alkali-resistant ion membrane separation removes suspended solids, organic matter, and impurities from spent alkali, producing purified alkali for reuse.
Spent Alkali Concentration and Recovery
Recycled alkali is concentrated using alkali-resistant membranes and mild-heat evaporation technology to produce concentrated alkali and recycled water.

Specialized alkali-resistant ion separation membranes enable alkali recovery rates of over 85%.
Superior Purity
The system purifies spent alkali by removing impurities, reducing COD and color, and producing reclaimed alkali with minimal metal ion content. Reclaimed acid can be returned to production without compromising process performance.
High Concentration
After purification and concentration, the system can produce reclaimed alkali with a concentration of 30–50%.
