Hong Kong-owned Dongguan Good View 1500m3/d Electroplating Wastewater Zero Discharge Project is a large and medium-sized enterprise specialized in the production of high-end handicrafts, decorations, and precision stamping parts. It has multiple process production lines such as die-casting, molds, etching, electroplating, spraying, injection molding, and packaging, and produces hardware jewelry accessories of 35 million pieces, the total surface plating area is equivalent to 1.4 million square meters per year.
The electroplating production process of this Project generates 1,000 tons of electroplating wastewater per day (designed treatment capacity 1,500m3/d). The wastewater includes 9 types: cyanide-containing wastewater, dyeing wastewater, nickel-containing wastewater, chromium-containing wastewater, etching wastewater, pre-treatment wastewater, comprehensive wastewater, cleaning wastewater, and mixed wastewater.
Shangchen Environment uses its own core patented technology of "zero discharge" of electroplating wastewater, and undertakes the Project with the general contracting and operation (EPC+O) business model. Through the technical ideas of "wastewater diversion, classification treatment, wastewater reuse, and resource recycling", by adopting the process route of "high-precision removal of heavy metals + OSMMBR biochemical + SPNR membrane concentration + MVR crystallization", the Project realized the reuse all electroplating heavy metal wastewater after treatment, achieving zero wastewater discharge and completely eliminating the pollution of the environment by heavy metal wastewater.
