The treatment process of acidic wastewater usually includes pretreatment, main treatment, deep treatment and sludge treatment. The pretreatment stage may include adjusting water quality, removing large particles of impurities, etc.; the main treatment stage uses the various treatment methods mentioned above to remove acidic substances and heavy metal ions; the deep treatment stage may include further removal of residual pollutants and disinfection; finally, the sludge treatment stage is to stabilize, reduce and harmlessly treat the sludge generated during the treatment process.

After being treated by the entire process system, the waste acid can be purified and concentrated to a clean acid concentration of 20%-80% for reuse, and the titanium dioxide particles and metals in the original acidic wastewater can be extracted and recovered, so that the original "wasted resources" can be reused in production and the generation of hazardous waste titanium gypsum can be significantly controlled.

[Titanium Dioxide Project of Panzhihua Dahutong Titanium Co., Ltd.]

Panzhihua Dahutong Titanium Co., Ltd. produces 38,000 tons of titanium dioxide annually, 2.03 million tons of acidic wastewater and 200,000 tons of waste acid each year. After the acidic wastewater of this project is treated by the purification and concentration system, the titanium dioxide in it can be concentrated to a concentration of 30g/L for recycling. The metal components mainly composed of iron salts can be concentrated and converted into high-value flocculants. The clean acid is concentrated to 65% as a production raw material.

Treatment capacity: primary wastewater 6500 m3/d, secondary wastewater 6150 m3/d

Treatment effect: Achieve full reuse of multi-component resources in wastewater and zero wastewater discharge
