SC-MST Integrated Purification Device
SC-MST Integrated Purification Device adopts the integrated "physical and chemical + biochemical" process combination, focusing on removing multiple biochemical indicators such as SS, COD, BOD, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, etc. It can be freely configured according to water quality to meet various river water volume and water quality treatment requirements, and is easy to expand.
At present, the SC-MST integrated projects operated by Shangchen Environment are distributed in many areas of Guangzhou, including Tianhe District, Baiyun District, Huadu District, Panyu District, etc. The total daily treatment capacity ranks first in the integrated daily average sewage treatment volume in Guangzhou. According to the changes in water quality in various watershreds, the main process routes adopted are super magnetic separation + BAF, shallow flotation + BAF, and the process is adjusted according to the water quality. The effluent standard can meet the "Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant" (GB18918-2002) Level B, Level A standards or the "Surface Water Environment Quality Standard" surface IV standards according to the requirements and process combination.
● The physicochemical process has high hydraulic load and stable removal rate for pollutants such as SS and colloids;
● BAF porous granular filler provides the best growth environment for microorganisms, contains highly active biofilm composed of various carbonizing bacteria, ammonia-forming bacteria and nitrifying bacteria, has large volume load and strong resistance to shock load;
● The compact design takes up little space, which is suitable for the current situation of limited urban land use;
● With modular design, it is easy to expand and is convenient to move; the whole process features high degree of automation, convenient operation and management, simple maintenance, small amount of chemical addition, low energy consumption and low operating cost.

● Treatment capacity: Dashi Water Treatment Plant 20,000 tons/day, Jushuyong 1,500 tons/day, Zuobe Sewage Interception Gate 10,000 tons/day, totaling 31,500 tons/day.
