The daily operation of the seafood square generates 300 tons/day of catering and domestic wastewater, which is complex in composition with high organic matter content. The main components include food fibers, starch, fat, animal and vegetable oils, various condiments, detergents, and proteins. According to the characteristics of catering wastewater (BOD/COD > 0.3, good biodegradability), biochemical treatment methods are adopted. First, the oil is removed from the wastewater, then it enters Shangchen Environment's patented OSMMBR biochemical treatment unit. The biological treatment efficiency is high, and the effluent quality is stable. The entire system operates at low costs and is easy to manage.
